WPTA Company Policies
WPTA works closely with our local community and the LTA to ensure that we deliver an inclusive, open and safe playing environment at our venue. This includes making sure that we have professionally qualified, LTA accredited and DBS checked coaches leading our coaching sessions. Please have a look at our list of company policies that are in place to make sure you can play tennis safely in our programs.
WPTA Booking T&Cs
Our tennis coaching services are covered by our WPTA booking terms and conditions for all WPTA based activities. This includes group coaching lessons, pay & play sessions and WPTA events. We recommend checking our latest T&Cs before booking.
Please note that all tennis coaches giving private lessons at WPTA work under their own independent terms and conditions. WPTA is not responsible for any credits or payments made directly to our coaches. If you are unsure, please check with your chosen coach before booking and paying for lessons about their own payment and cancellation policies.
